  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
